Eligibility to Purchase Alcohol

By purchasing wine or alcoholic beverages through our website:

– You agree that alcohol deliveries must be received by an adult 19+ and may require government-issued ID.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be completed.

Online Orders, Pricing & Availability

All pricing is listed in CAD unless otherwise noted.

– Prices, vintages, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
– As a working winery, our wine inventory changes seasonally as new vintages are released and others sell out.
– We do not guarantee availability of any specific wine until your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping availability varies by region and may be restricted by alcohol laws.

Customers are responsible for:

– Providing accurate delivery information
– Ensuring an adult (19+) is available for delivery
– Any return or re-shipping fees due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been processed.

Event & Wedding Bookings

For events, weddings, and venue rentals booked through our website or by invoice:

– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
– Final payment terms will be outlined in your event contract.
– Event contracts supersede the general Terms outlined here where applicable.

Food & Beverage Pricing

All food, beverage, and alcohol pricing is subject to change at any time due to seasonal availability, supplier changes, and market fluctuations.
Final pricing will be confirmed closer to the event date.

Wine Availability

Wine selections are subject to production schedules and inventory changes.
Availability of specific wines cannot be guaranteed until closer to the event.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Wine Purchases

All wine sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Any claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Events & Weddings

Refunds and cancellation terms are governed by your individual event contract.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments

We accept payment through Stripe, credit card, and other methods displayed during checkout.
You agree to:

– Provide accurate billing information
– Not dispute charges without valid cause
– Pay any applicable taxes or fees
